
In order to ensure the highest quality product possible, Envision Plastics pays full value for HDPE bales that meet the following specifications.
Natural HDPE No. 2 Post Consumer Baled Bottles

Bales must consist of natural, narrow neck, HDPE, number 2 bottles only.
- Natural: The term means milk jugs, water bottles, etc. No print or pigmentation. Bottles must have the number “2” stamped in the recycling arrows triangle on the bottom.
- Narrow neck: The terms means small mouth bottles only. All wide mouth tubs, baskets, lids, cups, buckets etc. must be kept out of bales.
Mixed Color HDPE No. 2 Post Consumer Baled Bottles
- Bales to consist of mixed color, narrow neck, HDPE , number 2 bottles only.
- Mixed color: Examples include laundry detergent bottles, fabric softener bottles, bleach bottles, some types of dishwashing liquid bottles, etc.
- Narrow neck: The term means small mouth bottles only. All wide mouth tubs, baskets, lids, cups, buckets, etc. must be kept out of bales.
Downgrades and/or Deductions

Each load is subject to an incoming QC inspection. If the receiver notices deviance from the normal specs, he will write up a raw material inspection sheet stating contaminate level or rejection. Notification to the supplier will be made within four business days.

If contaminates exceed spec on more than 1/3 of the load, the entire load may be rejected, may not be unloaded and shipper will be responsible for freight charges both ways. Rejected material will be disposed after 30 days and the vendor will be charged for disposal cost.

$75 will be deducted from seller’s invoice for every bale that arrives broken or breaks while unloading.

All FOB prices are based on a minimum 35,000 pound load. We will deduct a light load charge of $.01/lb for each 5,000 pound increment below 35,000 lbs.
